- Membership to this private coaching program is restricted to a certain number of individuals whose names will NOT be disclosed for any reason.
- By entering this program a certain level of confidentiality is expected between our staff and your involvement. For no reason will the details of your involvement in this program be made public.
- Our privacy policy does not protect you from illegal activity, unfair pricing practices, or faulty product; any such ethical violation will cause dismissal from this program.
- All resources used to deliver this site and related membership servers are protected by limited physical access and password controlled features. This protects the sensitive nature of information it may contact while preventing unauthorized list distribution.
- Your email address will NOT be sold, leased, traded, or provided to any third-party for any reason. It's securely hosted with a email provider who will not contact you for any reason, and maintain an audit of list usage and the permission you've granted us to contact you.
- Uniquely identifiable information is collected from you for the sole purpose of coaching and membership. Providing this information to us constitutes permission to use in conjunction with our services to you.
- You may or may not receive marketing information from us about related services or solutions. These materials will always contain a way to remove yourself from such list. You may also request in writing to be put on our "Do Not Email", "Do Not Mail", or "Do Not Fax" list.
- Participation in this program is voluntary and in no way constitutes an endorsement of your services. Nor our responsibility for your success outside of the services you have contracted. You may leave this program anytime and choose the level of participation relevant to your needs.
- All email lists are permission based requiring confirmation from you at the address of request. We do NOT send SPAM, nor rent these lists. Please look for our address in such message and contact our offices about any such email that looks suspect.
- Participation in this program is granting consent to record telephone conversations or to archive any email message, letter, message board post, or other conversation.
